Your health data, now with a face.

Your health data never leaves your phone.

Done stretching. Let's go!

Pajdo, a round lime green buddy, hopping with one arm up

Pajdo, the short version

  • Reads your sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, breathing rate, wrist temperature, steps and workouts from the Apple Health app.
  • Compares each one with your own usual, the last 28 days (60 for HRV), not with some average stranger.
  • Shows one of eight moods, and every reason behind it opens the real chart.
  • Answers your questions with Apple Intelligence, right on your iPhone. Plain code does the math, so every number is one of yours.
  • With Pro, he suggests workouts that ease off after a rough night, sends them to your Apple Watch and plans races from 5K to marathon.
  • No account and no sign-up. Your health data never leaves your phone.
  • Free for as long as you like, with an optional Pajdo Pro. iPhone and iPad with iOS 26 or later, plus Apple Watch.

Eight moods, all of them yours

Pajdo reads your sleep, heart, activity and workouts from the Apple Health app and settles on one of eight moods. Here are four of them, in his own words.

  • Pajdo, standing relaxed with a soft smile

    Steady

Everything's about where it usually is. Quiet days are good days.

  • Pajdo, droopy-eyed and slumped

    Tired

Short nights are stacking up. Tonight, let the pillow win early.

  • Pajdo, rosy-cheeked and blowing out a long breath

    Running warm

A few of your readings are higher than usual today. A gentle day sounds right to me.

  • Pajdo, melted into a cushion

    Couch mode

A few quiet days in a row. Even a short walk counts.

What he does all day

  • Charts behind every mood

Tap Pajdo and he shows you why: your numbers next to your own usual, on charts you can scrub through.

  • Ask him about your numbers

How did I sleep this week? Why so tired today? He answers from your own data, right on your iPhone.

  • Workouts that fit the day

He suggests sessions that match how recovered you are and sends them to your Apple Watch.

  • Nudges with good manners

A short note when your night's sleep lands, usually two a day at most, and nothing personal on your Lock Screen unless you ask.

  • A journal and a doctor-visit report

Jot down how the day went, log symptoms, and take a tidy PDF of your trends to your next appointment.

  • On your wrist and Home Screen

Widgets, a watch app and complications show his mood at a glance, and you can log how you feel in a tap.

Your health data never leaves your phone.

  • Pajdo reads the Apple Health app on your device and works everything out right there, including the AI that answers your questions.
  • No ads, no selling your data, and no tracking you across other apps or websites.
  • Analytics only count which screens get used. Never a health value, and never anything you write.

A buddy, not a doctor

Pajdo is a wellness app. He compares your measurements with your own usual and explains what they are, and if something stays outside your usual for a while, he'll suggest mentioning it to a doctor. He never diagnoses anything.

What your numbers mean

Short explainers for everything Pajdo reads, from HRV to sleep debt, each with its sources.

Questions people ask

What do I need?

An iPhone with iOS 26 or later. An Apple Watch is optional, but it gives Pajdo much more to read about your sleep and heart. He works on iPad too.

Which languages does he speak?

Seventeen, from English and Croatian to Japanese and Vietnamese. He follows the language your iPhone uses for apps.

How much does it cost?

Pajdo is free to download and use. Pajdo Pro adds unlimited questions, your full history, coaching and the journal.

Does my health data go anywhere?

No. It stays on your device. The privacy policy lists the few things that aren't health data and do leave, like usage stats, and those only if you say yes.

Where do I get it?

On the App Store. Search for Pajdo, or tap the button at the top of this page. It's free to download.

Is Pajdo like Athlytic or Bevel?

They all read the same Apple Health data. Pajdo turns it into a mood instead of a score, opens the chart behind every reason and lets you ask about your numbers on your iPhone. If you love a recovery percentage, keep yours. If you want the why, give Pajdo a go.

Does the AI send my questions anywhere?

No. Questions are answered by Apple Intelligence on your iPhone, from numbers worked out on your iPhone. Without Apple Intelligence, Pajdo answers from his own ready-made replies.

Can he change my workout after a bad night?

With Pro, yes. His workouts follow how recovered you are, so a short night turns today's hard session into an easier one, and race plans from 5K to marathon get the same treatment.
